Lal Metal has an international repute for providing as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Forgings such as Closed Die Forgings, Open Forgings, Statinless Steel Forgings, Forged Rings,Forged Rolls,Forged Round Bars ,Forged Flanges,Hooks, Forged Coupling Forged Pipe Fittings etc. We specialize in customizing products based on the specifications and drawings provided by the clients.
Our Capacity of producing forgings ranges from 0.500 Kg. to 50 Kg in Close Die Forging with a production range of maximum OD Size up to 485 mm. In Open Forging our production ranges up to a single piece weighing 4.5 MT. We are capable of forging Stepped Shafts, Plain Shafts and producing Rings type forgings of Maximum Sizes up to a diameter of 2000 mm (max weight 3500Kg). In all we have production capability of forging varied types items. Currently we are producing forging out of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Alloy Steel. Our skilled and experienced work force together with the highly professional environment has been the instrumental in our success. We take a credit of developing some of the most difficult jobs in close die forgings.
